     All of our American Staffordshire Terriers are temperament tested at 7 weeks.  We use the results of this test to determine compatibility between the puppies and a prospective new owner.  This temperament test is designed specifically for the American Staffordshire Terrier.  It is a valuable test for determining the confidence, energy level,  human or dog aggressiveness, noise sensitivity and other detectable qualities of a puppies temperament.  The results of this puppy test have an extremely high correlation to the adults temperament.  We use this test not only to identify our best working prospects, but also to to determine the ideal pets for the average pet owner, and to expose any problematic dog.

    Our American Staffordshire Terriers are also evaluated for their physical conformation to determine which puppies will be competitive in the show ring.  Like our temperament test, this is done at 7 weeks of age.  

    All Cruisin' Kennels American Staffordshire Terriers come with a 4 year health guarantee. I understand the importance of  breeding dogs with the lowest occurrence of genetically inherited health problems - and strive for this by selection of healthy parents along with screening  of our breeding stock for inherited diseases. I do my best.
